Quebec: A SOCIAL, ECONOMIC AND POLITICAL UPHEAVAL: province of the French

The FRENCH province of Quebec has been a SOCIAL, POLITICAL and AN ECONOMIC UPHEAVAL. It is to this effect that many people left the French province of Quebec. And the main destination of choice has been the city of Toronto.

The rents are high in the city of Toronto, and so are the prices of houses.

The Federal Canadian government needs to start by cutting Federal income taxes on the

paycheques of workers in the French province of Quebec, and then to transfer 2% GST to Quebec city. People will have more to spend, and this will be an incentive for people to stay. The goal is to put the People of the FRENCH province of Quebec on the path of PROSPERITY and of SOCIAL AND POLITICAL STABILITY.
