In view of the new legalization of marijuana, smokers needs to be separated from non-smokers living in Toronto Community Housing Corp (T.C.H.C.). The problem of smokers versus non-smokers has probably always existed. But now it is evident as the smoke of marijuana/ pot is stronger and heavier as it is thick and transported to other places by the wind . It also affect the brain of people; it affects the MIND of people. And that is why those people smoke it, right ? But this is not for everyone.

Tenants and citizens DO NOT WANT TO BREATH THIS SMOKE. It is a health issue.

Smoke of cigarettes and other substances leave a residue on the walls and on their ceiling of their apartment.

Thus the newer buildings need to be given to tenants who do not smoke at all.

Smoke from marijuana has been found in hallways of a T.C.H.C. building coming from a tenant who smokes marijuana/pot IN HIS APARTMENT.

Also, smoke of marijuana has been found coming from balconies of neighbors smoking this substance on their balcony. This IS A HEALTH HAZARD for tenants who are allergic to SMOKE and who cannot breath, inhale , this smoke . It can have side effects like vomiting and getting red eyes. Non-smokers do not want to be exposed to this marijuana/pot: it affects the MIND, the BRAIN, and affects the LUNGS.
