"Landlords can raise rents as much as they like when a tenant moves out." All to the detriment of the tenant WHO NEEDS A ROOF OVER THEIR HEADS. Landlords are taking advantage of THIS NEED. This IS AN INJUSTICE. Secondly, do salaries of tenants increase every year? Mayor

Do salaries of tenants get adjusted to the cost of living every year? No. But why do LANDLORDS are allowed to raise rents every year ? This is GREED AND SELFISHNESS, and it causes unwarranted evictions. THIS IS AN INJUSTICE and infringes on the LIBERTY of the individual.

Landlords have been raising RENTS EVERY YEAR with NO CONCERN of the tenants' salary. Because of this, RENTS NEED TO GO DOWN; they need to be reduced by e.g. 25%. As a candidate of Ward 22 Scarborough-Agincourt, this is only part of the idea-solution to UNJUSTIFIED INCREASED RENTS

A fact to this GREED and SELFISHNESS of LANDLORDS: the waiting list of citizens requesting affordable housing is already huge and continue to increase. I wonder why? Michael Julihen Candidate for Ward 22 Scarborough - Agincourt by-election 2021

Here is the second part of the idea-solution for UNJUSTIFIED, GREEDY and SELFISH HIGH RENTS from LANDLORDS: aside from lowering rents by e.g. 25%, each landlord needs to take 10% of their units and rent them at 30% of Gross income , the ongoing rate of Toronto Housing(T.C.H.C.).

This action will eliminate many SELFISH evictions . There is no place for GREED and SELFISHNESS anymore for those two attitudes KILL people's lives, and believe it or not, IT DESTROYS THE ECONOMY for they have NO MONEY LEFT TO SPEND. GREED and SELFISHNESS destroy.

LANDLORDS in province of Ontario Canada have been allowed to pay their MORTGAGE on their apartment building WITHIN FIVE YEARS thus charging HIGH RENTS to meet the goal of 5 years The Mortgage now should be a little longer, so that RENTS do NOT START on A HIGH NOTE

LANDLORDS whose mortgages have been paid should easily be able to reduce rents by e.g. 25% for their tenants.
