Premier of Ontario Doug Ford says he is sitting on a $ 1 Billion to reduce carbon emission

Premier of Ontario Doug Ford said he sitting on one (1) billion dollars that can only be used to reduced carbon emissions.

Buses , taxis, delivery trucks should all be equipped with engine powered electricity, and /or solar panel energy, and /or hydrogen/oxygen fuel cell energy. These vehicles stay in the city of Toronto all the time, and if they were equipped with such clean air energy, it would surely diminish carbon dioxide emissions and improve the Quality of Air Torontonians breath.
