Have you noticed in the city of Toronto , people who wear their pants under their buttocks?

It is so gross; you see their underwear.

This is not the way we wear pants in North America, in this land, in the city of Toronto.

Therefore citizens will be advised to wear their pants properly >>UP TO THE WAIST LINE, or they will be fined $100. or spend some time in jail.
