This company Lowe's, a Home Improvement store, would not be shutting its doors in February of next year in 2019 if there was MONEY from RESIDENTS to BUILD HOUSES, by a multiple factor, for many. TAXES in the FRENCH province must be REDUCED.

LOWE'S , the Home Improvement store, is closing all of its stores across CANADA by February 2019. There is no money from citizens for building, certainly not from the people of FRENCH province of Quebec which ARE OVERTAXED
