Link between Violence and Poverty

There is a link between VIOLENCE and POVERTY. And Toronto Community Housing Corp (T.C.H.C.) is not helping. With its DEFERRED RENT PAYMENT SYSTEM, T.C.H.C. is CRUSHING THE tenant who is poor and working by charging an amount of rent three, four , five and even six months later based in the income earned three, four, five and six months earlier, NOT RESPECTING THE FLUCTUATION OF INCOME at that time when the amount of rent is due. At that time, many months down the road , the financial situation of the tenant can be different.

T.C.H.C. MUST change those rent calculation to a system where a tenant, who is considered poor because he/she cannot pay full market rent, can pay ON INCOME WHEN THE INCOME IS IN HAND that percentage which is established at 30% of Gross at present time.
