This is unacceptable.
It is also UNHEALTHY.
From the downtown core of the @cityoftoronto to MIDTOWN - TORONTO to
Scarborough-Agincourt where homeless people have been sheltered in hotels, the problem is critical.
Homeless people need to be given a place where they can be taken care of.
Mayor @JohnTory
That place should be outside populated areas where from homelessness they can be looked after to see if they can progress to be productive and self-sustainable and self-sufficient.
Why are they so many homeless people?
I can think of two reasons; and there are others
The price of rent that increases every year forcing residents to leave; this city is NOT affordable; and @cityoftoronto has been a destination of choice for many years for people fleeing oppression: the French province of Quebec has been a SOCIAL, ECONOMIC and POLITICAL UPHEAVAL
An equilibrium needs to be established between French Quebec and Ontario as a place where people would have reason to flock seeking a better life of PROSPERITY, JUSTICE & PEACE, a LAND OF OPPORTUNITY.
Federal taxes must be cut to ZERO(0) on paycheques of workers of 'La Belle province ' of Quebec
