Homeless people need to be cared for.
They should not roam the city core , and worse , sleep on the sidewalk .
They need to be taken out of the downtown core and brought to a place outside populated areas , to a land , where they can be cared for, and groomed to serve their brothers and sisters if it is possible.
MIDTOWN TORONTO saw a spike in criminal activity and in crimes committed because of two homeless shelters that were set up in that area.
Torontonians demonstrated fiercely about this situation which they found unacceptable and worrisome.
Citizens were accosted for money, and businesses vandalized.
Land must be found outside the populated areas where homeless people can be cared for and groomed to be active participants in society if it is possible for them to be such people.
But homeless people SHOULD NOT ROAM the downtown core and sleep on sidewalks.
