HIGH RENTS making residents apply for affordable housing, almost FREE TTC

High rents, eroding net income, are creating a longer waiting list for affordable housing.

Having less net disposable income because of HIGH RENT always increasing and no salary increase, , is making residents asking for almost FREE public transit (TTC) Ridership.

It's time to put money in the pockets of residents, and LOWER RENTS by 25% or so , or to possibly rent that existed ten (10) years ago.

When did a resident get a salary increase?

Salary increases do not follow rent increases, thus eroding NET INCOME , leaving the resident with less NET DISPOSABLE INCOME to live with.
