To alleviate the social pressure to the services of the city of Toronto, Federal income taxes must be cut to zero(0) on the paycheques of the workers of the FRENCH province of Quebec.
This will greatly raise the PURCHASING POWER of workers in that province, and will give the people the incentive to live and stay and PROSPER THERE creating EQUITY AND JUSTICE FOR ALL :
A beginning , at least.
This will also create DEMAND for GOODS which the manufacturing facilities are situated in Ontario .
This will sustain the economy for the province of Ontario and will make the economy of FRENCH Quebec grow also.
Let us share the wealth.

Two percent (2%) of the 5% GST (Goods and Services Tax) should be transferred to Quebec city.
