We need to ask Premier of Ontario to use the NET PROFITS from OLG LOTTERY to provide DENTAL SERVICES to those who have no insurance, or the insurance cannot pay for those necessary services at that time they are needed.
The clientele who buys lottery tickets is poor and middle class with debt.
Most of the time these people do not win any significant amount of money.
This is a way to give back to those people who were seeking a financial blessing but did not have it.
