RENTS NEED TO BE REDUCED; then FREEZE rent increases for a year; CAP to yearly inflation rate

Rent increases should be limited to the yearly inflation rate.

Rent must first be reduced to a more normal and reasonable price .

Rents should be reduced by 25%.

This percentage is a number that can change to more if it is possible.


** SALARIES have not followed the same pace as RENT INCREASES EACH YEAR , and have not been adjusted to them either; some, not at all.
