To make sure that Toronto Community Housing Corp (T.C.H.C.) employees DO NOT CHARGE MORE THAN 30% of Gross of the salary of the tenant AT ANY GIVEN TIME during the TENANCY of the TENANT, unless there is willful intent of the tenant to hide any surplus income that was not declared.
The goal here for Toronto Community Housing Corp (T.C.H.C.) is to make sure that tenants DO NOT PAY MORE THAN 30% of Gross of Income AT ANY GIVEN TIME DURING THE TENANT'S TENANCY.
1- that if any TCHC employee is willfully putting tenants in arrears by means of calculating improperly or charging more than the prescribe amount of rent which is 30% which is advertised, they will be fired and put in jail.
This will be a crime.
Using A DIFERRED RENT PAYMENT SYSTEM thus not respecting the gross income of the tenant for the ongoing month charging MORE THAN 30% of Gross income will become a crime.
