A house is a Home for Family, not just to make a profit.

Owning a house, becoming a home raising a family, is more than just a house .

House ownership is becoming more of a way for making a profit than for having a home and raising a Family which is a need.

E.g. : flipping a house, to get the price of the house to rise so the realtor can make a bigger profit.

But it boils down to the buyer who needs a house for his Family , but cannot, or can no longer , afford a house because of the high unattainable price .

This is the Bubble ; will it Burst?

Prices of houses are so high no one will be able to purchase one, and the one who will want to sell his house will not be able to.
